Blogs are nothing new. The Internet is overflowing with millions of them. Hell, your grandmother may have one by now.
They also take time. You can only read so many blogs each morning before you actually have to do something productive.
So here are the questions. If blogs are nothing new, why am I starting one? And if you’re already out of time with your current blogs, why should you read mine?
I’m glad you asked.
1. You’ll Learn More about Real Estate Here Than Anywhere Else
You can read lots of blogs about personal finance, the stock market, or other assorted investments. If you hunt, you might even find a few about real estate investing.
But none like this one. Most real estate blogs and web sites try to “give you all of the tools and resources you need to succeed.”
For me, that objective is too big. I can’t promise you that reading this blog will make you a multimillionaire or even successful.
All I can hope is that, as time goes by, you’ll start to understand how real estate works. And in time, that will make you successful.
2. You Might Just Help Me Walk for the First Time
Of course, it’s not all about you. I’m not ashamed to admit that I started this blog to build some passive income.
Nothing new about that. Only, I’m not using the money in a normal way.
Instead of buying yachts, houses, and women in bikinis (they are for sale), I’m buying the ability to walk.
I was born with a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I’ve never walked, nor can I move anything but my right hand and face.
But that’s about to change.
While this blog is far from a nonprofit, I’m going to use the income from it to survive while I raise the $25 million or so needed to cure my disease.
If you don’t stay tuned, you won’t get to hear about my victory. Or be a part of it.
3. You’ll Want to Buy the Greatest Real Estate Book Ever Written
Where is the money going to come from? Book sales.
Slowly but surely, I’m writing the longest, most complete real estate investing book ever written.
When finished, it will include 36 hours of audio, a 200 page manuscript, a step-by-step workbook, and every form you need to get started, including contracts.
In short, I’m writing the only book you’ll ever need.
There’s only one problem. If you don’t read my blog, how are you going to know if it’s any good?
Here’s my reasoning. Right now, you don’t know me from Adam. I could promise you the world, but you wouldn’t know whether to believe me because you don’t know me.
The best solution for you is to read my blog and start getting to know both me and how I write. If you like it, then I’ll guarantee you’ll LOVE the book.
4. You Might Win Lots of Free Stuff
Still not motivated to subscribe? Well, let’s try a gimmick.
I’m going to give away lots of FREE stuff. Prizes include:
- Courses from other authors
- Mentoring from me
- Vacations to exotic places
- Sneak peeks at my course
- Anything else we think of
It will be in your interest to stick around. I’ll make sure of it.
5. Who Else Can Make Real Estate Fun?
Normally, real estate is boring stuff. Lots of numbers, formulas, and calculations. Most people are turned off by it.
But there’s good news. Real estate doesn’t have to be boring.
Nor should it be. If you plan on investing in real estate for the rest of your life, the last thing you want is to be bored out of your mind.
So let’s have fun. Every week or so, I’ll post up a real estate joke, funny story, or sarcastic comment.
Enjoy. Oh… and I almost forgot to say it.
Welcome to the blog.
